WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THESE SHOWS?
Anyone who is aged 18 and over and has been classified as a key worker during the coronavirus crisis is eligible to apply for a pair of tickets for themself and a guest of their choice.
If you work in one of the sectors listed on the registration form, then you are eligible to apply. Please also tell us your occupation in the relevant field to provide more detail, as all applications will be checked before confirming eligibility. We’ve taken guidance on the list of key workers from this list published by the government. For more information, view the Guidance Information
CAN I APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE PAIR OF TICKETS?
No, each key worker can apply for one pair of tickets for themself and a guest of their choice as long as they are aged 14 and over.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
The Main ticket holder must be 18+. All attendees including guests must be aged 14 or over, and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?
19:30 (subject to change).
WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW FINISH?
Estimated finish time is 22:45.
CAN I CHOOSE WHERE I SIT?
As a free to attend event, tickets will be allocated randomly to ensure fairness. If you require disabled access, there is a section in the form that allows you to inform us of your requirements and we will seat you accordingly.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
No, wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
DO I NEED TO BRING PHOTO ID OR MY WORK ID WITH ME TO GAIN ACCESS?
Please bring photo ID for the booker (or if you have one, your work ID) as checks will be carried out.
WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I'VE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN OBTAINING TICKETS?
You will receive an email confirming if you’ve been successful and giving you your unique code for ticket redemption.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
When you redeem your unique code on the link provided.
BOTH MY PARTNER AND I ARE CLASSIFIED AS FRONTLINE WORKERS - CAN WE BOTH APPLY FOR TICKETS?
Yes, you can both apply separately.
CAN I HAVE THE MONEY INSTEAD OF THE FREE TICKETS?
No. This is a free entry event so the ticket has no monetary value.
CAN I GIVE MY TICKETS TO FRIENDS OR OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY?
No. The person registering for a ticket allocation will be deemed as the 'booker' and must be a key worker. The 'booker' must attend the event plus a guest of their choice. Tickets are non-transferable.
CAN I REQUEST A BACKSTAGE TOUR/VISIT?
Unfortunately not, the backstage area is a live working area and therefore deemed to be hazardous for non-working personnel.
HOW WILL YOU DECIDE WHO GETS TICKETS?
Tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis until registration is closed. Once registration is closed, we will check the registrations and the number received for each venue and if there are more eligible entries for any of the venues than the capacity that venue allows for, a ticket ballot will be used to randomly decide who will get tickets for that particular event.
WILL THE TOUR BE EXPANDED TO VISIT ANY OTHER LOCATIONS?
At this time there are no plans for the tour to expand.
WHAT IF MASS GATHERINGS STILL AREN’T ALLOWED BY DECEMBER?
We’re continuing to follow government guidelines and of course, if the nation isn’t quite ready for a great big thank you party by December, we’ll just do it as soon as we safely can!
